Our planet can only sustain us for so long due to irreversible damage brought on by accelerated global warming. This episode looks into the possibility of developing programmable matter to prolong our time on earth, but over-consumption of earth’s resources could force us to terraform other planets, making them habitable for humans. However, this is no small feat as many challenges arise, including finding an energy source.
