物理學講座-「物理之美」公開講座系列：“Let there be light,” the Galaxy said
Sunlight is the origin of nearly all types of energy that lives rely on, and now we know very well that it is driven by the nuclear fusion in the centre of the Sun, similarly for all the starlight we see from the Milky way. The star formation process, i.e., how the gas is focused from the very diffuse galactic media to dense enough for nuclear fusion, is, however, still a mystery. We will have an overview of astronomers’ best guess on how stars are formed.
